Use Tag defaults to set the tags that are applied automatically to every new flow. Existing flows are not changed.

Categorization tags organize and filter flows in the tag browsers.

Flow Visibility tags control which flows users see outside the Project Console. They include Standard tags, and System tags (managed by a connector).

Setting Default Tag Behavior
You can change which tags are applied to a new flow by default in the Control Panel.

In Project Console, select Control panel > Settings > Tag defaults.

Next to Categorization tags or under Flow Visibility tags (Standard tags or System tags), select +.

Select the tags that every new flow should carry by default, then select Confirm.

Select Save changes.
