Experlogix Smart Flows is a document generation and automation solution that helps your organization create, manage, and distribute business-critical documents — without writing code. It connects to your existing CRM or ERP system, pulls live data into professionally designed templates, and automates the entire document process through configurable flows.
If you are new to Smart Flows, this page will help you understand the product's structure and where to begin based on your role. Smart Flows has three core components you will work with: the Connectors, Data sets, Templates, and Flow Builder. Getting familiar with these areas is the best foundation for everything else.
Connectors link Smart Flows to external systems — your CRM, ERP, e-signature provider, or file storage. Any data that enters Smart Flows from outside the platform comes through a connector.
Data Sets define the data structure pulled from your connectors. They determine what information is available to your templates and flows.
Templates are Word documents built with the Template Builder add-in. They define the content, layout, and logic of your generated documents.
Flows are automated sequences that tie everything together — pulling data, generating a document from a template, and delivering the result through outputs like email, SharePoint, print, or e-signature.
