Improve Flow Start Behavior

We've implemented several changes to provide Designers better control over how starting a flow works in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.

We've added a new system tag; Flyout(run in the back). When a flow designer tags a flow as Flyout(run in the back), the flow appears in the flyout menu, and the system starts the flow without opening the Flow Execution Panel. When a user applies Flyout to a flow, the flow appears in the flyout menu, and the system runs the flow and opens the Flow Execution Panel, see Availability System Tag Group for more information.

When users trigger a flow with the new system tag Flyout(run in the back), they will receive a notification in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE user interface indicating that the flow has started. Example: "Flow name" is being executed and running in the back.

The notification also provides a link to the flow in the Flow Execution Panel.

When submitting documents with special characters in their name via Store in SharePoint, the flow outputs an error and writes the file to SharePoint with missing metadata. We've made changes so that the system does not throw an error and writes the metadata correctly.
