Access Denied for Anonymous Workflow Users

In Flows, when a non-synced user with only an Xpertdoc Smart Flows Workflow Executor role attempts to run a flow with either a Docusign or a Microsoft SharePoint flow block, they receive the error access denied. This issue occurs even if they have not implemented individual user for their Docusign and Microsoft SharePoint connectors. After this fix, non-synced users should no longer receive an error when executing flows that utilize a Docusign or Microsoft SharePoint connector.

Error on framed log in via Microsoft

When logging in to Experlogix Documents via a Microsoft account in the context of the Smart Flows Flow Execution Panel, the user sees an error message. To work around this issue, the user can open a new browser tab, log in to Experlogix Documents in that new browser tab, and then restart the flow execution.

TheExperlogix Documentsrelease introduces a suite of enhancements to Smart Flows, focusing on Form and data set flexibility, improved user input steps, and streamlined data management. see Experlogix Documents Connector for more information.

Key features include the capability to sync three new data set types and use them in association with templates and flows. The new types of data sets are form data sets, JSON data sets and XML data sets. Form data sets are web forms that people can interact with during flow execution to provide human input. This interaction can either be authenticated or anonymous. JSON data sets are data sets that describe a data structure in JSON schema format, XML data sets describe a data structure in XSD format. Using these latter two types of data sets, flows can consume respectively JSON and XML payloads.
