Removal of Automatic User Sync

Following its deprecation in release 4.23, the automatic user sync feature has been officially removed from the system in release 4.28 and replaced by Automated User Creation for all primary connectors. While setting an automatic sync schedule within the Project Console UI is no longer supported, administrators can now trigger a user sync using a tool in the Smart Flows MCP server and an action in the Microsoft Power Automate connector.
